The "Photo for Technical Inspection" application is intended to simplify the sending of photos, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation on the requirements for photographic images of vehicles in respect of which technical diagnostics were carried out

In some regions, there are interruptions in the GPS/GLONASS signal, and therefore it is recommended to enter the exact coordinates of your PTO (at least 6 decimal places) into the application settings in the “Error calculation” section (at least 6 decimal places), then the application will try to adjust in cases where the coordinates come with a big error

From March 1, 2022, the following requirements are imposed on photographic images:

- files with photographic images must be in .JPG, .JPEG format

- contain exif data (date, time, coordinates of the photographing location)

- the file size must be no less than 300 and no more than 700 kilobytes

- the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the image must be no less than 1280x720 pixels and no more than 1920x1080 pixels

- images in grayscale or black and white formats are not allowed

- the image must include a full-length technical expert

This application allows you to perform photo recording in accordance with the requirements IN ONE PERSON in one of three ways: timer + tripod, selfie stick, stationary IP cameras. There is also support for a Bluetooth button to launch the camera remotely

When using the front camera, to ensure readability of the state. vehicle registration plate, image mirroring is used

IMPORTANT: do not use instant messengers or email clients to transfer a file from the device to a computer for further uploading to EAISTO-M, as they do not save the meta(exif) properties of the file and you may receive errors

You can save a photographic image file:

- on the device

- on your Yandex.Disk

- on your Google Drive

- on your email

- on your own service, using a POST request

If you cannot use Yandex.Disk, Google Drive, email or your own service, transfer the file directly over the cable to avoid errors

After 14 days, watermarks will appear on the images. If watermarks on images cause you inconvenience when using them, then it is possible to disable their display by subscribing, the cost of the subscription is from 2990 to 3990 rubles. per year, depending on the payment method. It is possible to pay by invoice with closing documents for LLCs and individual entrepreneurs!

Also, a subscription provides access to the ability to manage application settings through your personal account
